Returns and Exchanges

We accept all returns and exchanges within 30 days from shipping date. If you are returning a used item, you will be given store credit for the full amount paid for the item – including taxes. If you are returning an unused, unopened item you will be refunded the full amount.

Purchases made on can be easily returned after it is approved (follow the return procedures described below). Liv On Life is not responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges for products of equal value must be pre approved by following the instructions described below. The return item must be received before the replacement item will be shipped.
